What a day we had on our European Day of Language. At breaktime, everyone tried new foods from around Europe, including Boursin, smoked cheese, chorizo, and croissants.
Big adventures for the whole school today with the arrival of our mobile climbing wall. Everyone will get a chance to try out their climbing skills. Early reports are that quite a few of the Silver Birch and Crocus Class climbers got to the top!
Crocus went outside this morning and drew pictures with speech bubbles inspired by the book 'Chalk' which the whole school have been exploring this week. There is a very hungry dinosaur just as you walk in the gate, a mermaid, a unicorn and several other creatures ready to great you!

Red Kite Class performed a very special rap for Mrs Banks today as it's her last day at Inkpen Primary in today's Assembly! A very special moment, she will never forget!
Crocus Class have been very busy in their DT lessons making a Vehicle. They have made the chassis, and today they are painting the body work.
Join us on the last day of the summer term, straight after school for our Big Summer Picnic.
John O'Gaunt held a Primary Project Day on Friday 23rd June for Years 4 and 5. A great time was had by all where activities included DT (medals made in the picture) Science, Geography and PE. Thank you to John O'Gaunt and we look forward to returning next year!
Year 5 visited Englefield Estate on Wednesday 14th June 2023. The theme of the day was sustainability. The grounds were transformed into a marvellous outdoor classroom with stands and activities provide during the day.
Today some very brave children recited some poetry in front of the whole school. There were poems about pirates, football, gaming and snowballs, just to name a few. We are so proud of those who took part and those who sat so quietly listening to them!
Today Miss Buck took Crocus Class outside to our Millennium Garden for a story. It's so lovely to get outside again.
