Results & Achievements

Inkpen Primary School we strongly believe that at the heart of our academic achievement, is our small size. Small is personal, and will allow your child to build a close relationship with all of the teaching staff, including the head teacher. This supports achievement, as we are able to focus on every child as an individual, in a safe environment, creating a real sense of community within our school, the village and the wider world beyond.

Your child will be provided with the opportunity to excel in our rich balanced and exciting learning environment. Children will be encouraged to have an understanding, sympathy and tolerance for cultures and societies other than their own. The care and concern shown for our children will instill in them both self-respect and sensitivity for the needs and values of others and of the world around them.

As a school, we are very proud of how well our pupils achieve and believe this comes from high expectations within school and a school ethos, which values enthusiasm for learning.
At the end of Y6, pupils are expected to achieve a scaled score of 100 in order to reach Age Related Expectations

World Book Day Celebrating Reading

The whole school took part in World book day and some wonderful costumes and characters were evident around the school, even the teachers!!

Crocus Fields

The whole school took a walk up to the crocus fields at Pottery Lane Inkpen to enjoy the rare beauty of Inkpen’s very unusual nature reserve, with over 400,000 crocus’s.
